Who now thinks of warm Italian climate, spring breeze and rolling hills ... far from it! Cold, wind, rain, mud and brutal ramps close to 20% made the pump work at full speed and the legs reach the limits of their endurance. But true to the ad modum motto "Labor Omnia Vincit" (hard work always wins) the team took the last ramp to cross the finish line in the Piazza del Campo dirty, wet, frozen but happy. In the end it became an excellent 1,235th place!
