"A group refers to an association of at least three people who pursue a common goal over a longer period of time, engage in a continuous exchange and thereby feel a sense of togetherness" (G.C. Homans) In our projects, a lot depends on the team working. As site manager at ad modum, I am impressed by how much strength our group can develop when there is a common goal and a lively exchange within the group. This creates a great sense of togetherness.
