We designed and implemented a poster exhibition for the climate coordination office of the state capital Potsdam for the Green Visions Film Festival. Six posters tell the story of the long-standing town twinning between Potsdam and Zanzibar City, which began almost 30 years ago. An official climate partnership was established in 2014, followed by a town twinning agreement in 2017.
The focus is on education, health and the economy – and especially the fight against climate change. Green spaces and parks play an important role as they improve the urban climate and increase air quality.
Professional exchanges have led to a lasting friendship – and an important source of inspiration for people in Potsdam and Zanzibar.
