On September 30, we went on a hike together as part of our company hiking day: from Berlin’s Olympic Stadium to Schlachtensee. It was a hike spanning several kilometers, filled with conversations and, above all, one key insight: Good teamwork doesn’t just happen at a desk.

After all, a journey like this has clear parallels to our work as an agency:
Speed isn’t everything.
Sometimes it’s about adjusting your own pace so that everyone arrives together.
A change of perspective brings new ideas.
When you step outside your usual surroundings, conversations and thoughts emerge that sometimes don’t have a place in the daily work routine.
Together, we get further.
Even if the journey sometimes seems longer than expected: With a good team, every stage is easier to navigate.

And perhaps the most important lesson: Successes feel better when you achieve them together.

In the end, we sat by the Schlachtensee—with tired legs, good conversations, and plenty of new energy for our next projects.
